Journey Further is a digital marketing agency that has made impressive strides since its early days. Founded by a small group of three, the agency has evolved rapidly over the past seven to eight years. “We started up about seven or eight years ago now, originally as a PPC agency, but now we’re essentially full service,” shares Scott, the Head of PPC. Today, Journey Further is a full-service agency with a team of over 180, operating across Leeds, Manchester, London, and New York. Their client base spans multiple industries, from ecommerce to travel, finance, and legal – making them true specialists in diverse sectors.

Challenges & How ClickTech Helped

Journey Further encountered some technical challenges when working with Microsoft Advertising. As Scott explains, “With Microsoft being a more specialised platform, it can sometimes be a bit tricky to navigate without the right support.” In the past, these technical issues occasionally created hurdles that led some clients to question their Microsoft investment. “If we came up against certain issues, some clients would say, ‘let’s pause on Microsoft for now,’” Scott recalls.

Although they hadn’t consciously aimed to grow their Microsoft accounts, the reliable support from ClickTech allowed them to keep clients’ investments intact. “It’s meant that those clients haven’t underinvested in Microsoft,” Scott adds.
